Jen Rogers is not only passionate about nursing and providing the best in home care in Southern California, but she has been practicing medicine for over 26 years. She worked 10 years at UCLA while also working the Registry for local hospitals. Jen has been with Dr. Baron at Primary Caring for 12 years providing Home Health solutions and rapid response to it’s members. Jen, grew up in Malibu and is an active part of her community and in her free time she is continuing to grow her knowledge with various medical related courses.
Yvonne has been with Primary Caring for 3.5 years and is the front Office Manager and the face you see when you come in to Primary Caring. She manages, coordinates and delegates all the details relating to Primary Caring’s Five Star Concierge Services. In addition she is your person to contact if there are any contract billing or questions. Yvonne and her husband Mark have two children and live in Westlake Village.
Dr. David Baron
David B. Baron, M.D., originally from New Rochelle, NY, is a former Chief of Staff at UCLA-Santa Monica Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital, serving from 2006 to 2010.
In 2004, Dr. Baron founded a unique solo concierge medical practice called Primary Caring of Malibu, using a limited membership model to provide patients with a wide range of highly personalized services and amenities. He is a three-time Board-Certified family physician who completed his residency in Family Medicine in Santa Monica in 1991. He attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania and earned his undergraduate degree (in music!) from Amherst College in Massachusetts, graduating Summa cum laude. He is a frequent medical radio commentator on KNX1070 News radio (as their “Medical Expert”), and has also made numerous television news, print and electronic media appearances over the years.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Baron was recruited in 2011 to become Senior Executive Director of the Arthur Ashe Student Heath and Wellness Center on campus at UCLA, where he served in that capacity until 2019.
Dr. Baron is the proud father of two beautiful girls, enjoys music, yoga, hiking, ice cream, and still plays keyboards in a rock and roll band.
